Here is the High School Semester Test schedule. Parents; students are not allowed to check out during a testing session. Students may check out each day after their last test of the day if they have a note from you or you call the office.
It was great seeing the GCT JROTC Cadets in last night’s Christmas parade.

The GCT Theater Dept. recently presented their One Act play to the student body and did an outstanding job! Thank you Mrs Dial and your students for sharing your play with our kids.
Congratulations to Emmi Thompson, Hailey Denham, Jace Cooper and Nathan Hartness for being selected for the UCA Honor Band. They attended the clinic and performed a concert on December 1st and 2nd.

Mr Jumper and the Art Club hosted another paint party and it was a huge success. It looks like everyone enjoyed the night. What I love the most about this is seeing the GCT staff bonding through fun activities.

The GCTHS Concert Choir performed the National Anthem at the Memphis Grizzlies game Friday night.
The drains are in, the plastic is being installed, and the rock is getting spread on Bruce Hunt field today.
The GCT JROTC presented the colors tonight at the Memphis Grizzlies game.

Mrs. Baine’s AP Lit students acted out the final scene of Shakespeare’s King Lear. The scene contained prisoners tortured a duel, a poisoning, and 2 characters revealed their identities. It was a lot of fun to see the students portray the characters they’d become so familiar with
