The Greene County Fine Arts Council will be presenting the show A Christmas Carol on December 6-8. This is an opportunity for students to get some volunteer hours. They need dependable students to do set changes and set props between scenes. This is backstage work for three performances. Two are at night and one on Sunday afternoon. Students would also need to be at rehearsals the entire week of the show. They are looking for someone to record the performance so the actors have a DVD of the show. If you are interested, please sign-up in the High School office by Friday, November 22nd.
The Pay it Forward club will meet this Thursday in the auditorium. We have been approved to put our 'Play it Forward' activity at the primary into action and will be discussing the details at this meeting. We also have 3 important events coming up that we will talk about as well. Please make plans to attend.
Do you want to pie a teacher in the face? Rotary will be collecting money during both lunches for you to vote on if Mr. Johnson, Mr. Flanrey, Mrs. Shettles, or Mrs. Ritter will get pied on Thursday. Purchase your tickets during lunch or in Mrs. Ritter's room. Money raised will help purchase Christmas gifts for needy families.
Help replenish our Food Pantry for Thanksgiving! Bring a nonperishable food item, and get a sweet snack from the Student Council! Food items can be brought to Mrs. Ritter's room Champion 407 this week.
Friday Student Reward Day. No school for students with 2 or less absences
Students, You have 48 hours to turn in your parent note, Dr. note. ets. After 48 hours, the absence will be unexcused. It is your responsibility to check to make sure your Dr. office faxed us your note. You can check your attendance in HAC.
