Students in Mrs Woodall's Drug-Free Teens club spent part of the afternoon reading to students in the younger grades across our district. Students young and old enjoyed the experience.

Mrs Ritter's students in Trigonometry discovered the graphs of sine and cosine using their knowledge of the unit circle and spaghetti noodles to mark the values at each angle.
GCTHS was one of 29 schools in AR whose AP Lit and/or AP Lang students participated in taking a mock AP exam. GCT's Meredith Baine served as a table leader in guiding other AP English teachers in the reading/ scoring process of these essays.
Our Unified Basketball team competed Saturday at ASU and represented GCT well. Our students did a great job as they battled Brookland in a very exciting game.
Thank you to GCT and our community for coming to the games last night and donating to Make-A-Wish. Our district goal is to raise enough money to grant a wish ($8500).
