Arkansas/Field Day at the Primary for Kindergarten and First Grade will begin at 8:00 AM. Parents/Guardians will check in at the door and must be on the student’s checkout list.
Please send an extra set of clothes and a towel with your student in case of inclement weather, as we will be outside during portions of the day.

Congratulations to Dennie for winning Honorable Mention in Kindergarten in the 2026 Wildlife of Arkansas Student Art Contest. Artwork will be published in the upcoming AWF Arkansas Out of Doors (https://arwild.org/magazine/) summer magazine. Dennie is invited to a special awards reception at the Arkansas State Capitol on Saturday, May 9.
We took advantage of the beautiful weather to write cvc and ccvc words with chalk. Everychild had a card with pictures of words that represented each vowel sound. They had to write the words in their sidewalk square.
Primary students are visiting "The Country Store" this week. The Country Store is part of our Arkansas Week festivities.
Parent Information for upcoming state testing starting next week, April 27th-May 4th. We want to encourage our students to try their best. Students will have the opportunity to visit the Eagle Store several times next week. See the attached image on how your student can earn rewards.

Announcement for Morning Car Line on Main Campus:
Beginning Monday (4-20-26) on the Main Campus, the lower road (yellow highlight) next to the stadium will be closed. This road is being used as a construction entrance and will be closed for the remainder of the school year. This closure will only impact morning car traffic. All morning car traffic on main campus will need to use the upper road (green highlight) for exiting. We appreciate your patience as we continue site improvements on our Main Campus.
